The 2-day Hand Reflexology workshop will equip you with skills and confidence to practice hand reflexology on yourself and others. The workshop provides in-class instruction, a detailed manual, and practical sessions.  

The program is eligible for continuing education credits with NHPC & RAC.

What to expect at the workshop

In the Hand Reflexology program, you gain an understanding of the hand, and with this insight and Reflexology principles, learn skills to facilitate well-being. The program includes: 

• Hand Reflexology Fundamentals, such as benefits, contraindications, standards of practice & scope of practice. 

• Hand Anatomy and the role it plays in Reflexive mapping. 

• Hand assessment and observation techniques, and their role in therapy protocols. 

• Common hand pathologies that a Reflexologist may observe.  

• Skills in mapping the Reflexive areas of the hand. 

• Practical training includes finger techniques, stabilizing techniques, and a study of the hand Reflexology therapy sequence.
