I’ve had a lot of fun building this second room. I took everything I’ve learned from my time in the industry, including all the pitfalls of rooms I’ve worked in before, and designed this space to avoid them.
I am offering a 75/25 split with no hidden fees, and your Noterro license is included.
The Space:
I built this room to be a space where I would actually want to work a full day. It’s a very large suite with plenty of space for orthopedic assessments and movement-based treatment.
● The Gear: A KOR Innovation high-low table and a professional Hydrocollator.
● Ergonomics: A saddle stool is provided to help with practitioner posture, and there is a full-sized 2' x 5' desk in the room so you aren't charting on your lap.
● Tech & Audio: A Chromebook is provided for your charting, which streams via Bluetooth to a Bose soundbar.
● The Essentials: There is a working sink in-room, a high-end HEPA air purifier, and a large humidifier.
● For the Client: A coat rack and a long bench are in the room for clients to comfortably store their belongings.
● Storage: No more living out of a bag. There is ample storage in the room for your personal items and fresh linens.
● The Vibe: Fresh paint, warm lighting, and the full Anatomy Trains poster series (framed).
Location & Accessibility
We are in a professional business center at 301 Nassau Street North, right by Confusion Corner and the Deaf Centre of Manitoba. It’s a high-density area near the Little Italy and Corydon apartments.
● The Parking Goldmine: We are flanked by unrestricted parking on one side and 2-hour free parking on the other. Clients can even park directly on Pembina outside of rush hour.
● Transit: A main bus stop is located directly outside our front door, making it incredibly easy for clients to get here.
Your Practice, Your Way
I value autonomy and want you to run your business the way you see fit:
● Independence: Set your own pricing and book your own clients. You manage your own laundry, but you'll have the storage space to make it easy.
● Data Ownership: You retain all your client records if you ever move your practice.
● Access: The building has an alarm and 24/7 key fob access, so you can work the hours that suit you.
The Schedule
I’m looking for someone to establish a regular weekly schedule. I generally split the day into two blocks with a 3:00 p.m. switch-over, but I am very flexible with specific shift requests. If you’re looking for a turn-key space that was actually designed for the person doing the work—and a split that reflects that—I’d love to show you the room.
