Booking Process

Tour

Schedule a brief tour to confirm the space, layout, and equipment meet your needs.

Quote

Receive a written quote outlining the selected package, dates, and any add-ons. Quotes are held for 48 hours.

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure your booking. Dates are not held without a deposit.

Contract

Your booking is confirmed once the signed rental agreement and deposit are received.

Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.

First-Time Renter Incentive

Complimentary A/V Setup & Tech Check

First-time renters receive a complimentary 30-minute A/V setup and tech check prior to their event.

Our team will assist with Smart TV or Zoom TV setup, wireless casting, and basic troubleshooting—so you can begin your session confidently and on time.
