Approved for 2 Primary credits (MTAM) or 2 Secondary credits (dependant on whether this is the delegates first or second CPR-recert course within the continued education cycle.

Course information
As health care professionals, massage therapists are required to hold a valid CPR certification at all times. This course is an "update" of the newest procedures on CPR.

Prerequisites
Delegate must hold a valid CPR certificate in order to re-cert.

The registration forms are in pdf. format. They may be completed online and submitted via email, or printed out and mailed in, dropped off, or faxed.

Payment must be made within 24 hours of submitting the registration form in order to reserve your space.

Payment is available via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Cash, Personal or Business Cheque.

Payments can be made in person, via fax, email, over the phone, or through the mail.

Your receipt and confirmation will be mailed to you upon receiving your registration. NSF payments will be charged a $20 fee.

CANCELLATIONS
There will be a $50 processing fee for any cancellation prior to May 25th, 2009. After May 25th, 2009, there will be a $100 charge (or %50 of your conference fee - whichever is less).
NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE CONFERENCE.
