Functional assessment of postural alignment in the axial and appendicular musculoskeletal system will be utilized to isolate the cause/s of the postural fault/ dysfunction.
Both static and dynamic forms will be covered.
Causes of postural faults versus symptomatic treatment.
Proprioceptive cues useful in addressing both forms of faulty posture, including planes for movement and proprioceptive taping techniques.
Contraindications and special considerations for structural assymetries and progressive degeneration pathologies including scoliosis, lordosis, kyphosis, surgical interventions and osteoporosis.
